Both the SunSetter XL and Platinum XL awnings can cover most larger decks and patios with ease. Both feature outstanding motorization and remote controls and they’re made from high-quality materials. The main difference between the two options is the fabric. SunSetter Series fabrics carry a 5-year warranty, and the wide range of Platinum Series fabrics are warrantied for 10 years.
For really large porches and patios or homes with multiple porches and patios, multiple awnings can be installed. And for homes that cannot accommodate a traditional SunSetter retractable awning, there’s the SunSetter Oasis Freestanding Awning. This awning can be set up anywhere there’s a flat surface.
